• 2nd Shift Supervisor (TM4824) Will be responsible for 10 union employees in six work cells on 2nd shift. Will be responsible for workflow and continuous improvements (lean).

• Operations Manager (TS4876) Will lead daily operations using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

• Lean Production Supervisor (MG4914) Will be responsible for supervising 2nd and 3rd shifts of 40-50 hourly union employees. Will also drive Lean manufacturing throughout the facility.

• Manager of EHS (TM4957) Will be responsible for safety, managing occupational health issues, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Will do all paperwork, investigations, and training.

• Supervisors (JV4963) Will be a hands on supervisor over 7-15 hourly employees in a non-union extrusion manufacturing operation.

• Vice President (TS4969) Will manage multiple plants and lead business strategies.

• General Manager (TS4972) Will have P & L responsibility for large manufacturing facility.

• Supervisor (MM4979) Will troubleshoot set-ups for 8-10 screw machine operators.

• 2nd Shift Supervisor (JC5013) Will be responsible for supervising 12-15 hourly extrusion operators on 2nd shift in a rubber extrusion manufacturing environment.

• Foundry Supervisor (GC5023) Will supervise 8-10 people in a permanent mold processing facility.

• Production Supervisor (JV5027) Will be responsible for supervising 10-15 hourly non-union employees in a metal products manufacturing environment.

• Sanitation Supervisor (JV5031) Will supervise 10-15 sanitors in a union food manufacturing environment.

• Extrusion Supervisor (JV5032) Will supervise 8-12 hourly employees in a plastic extrusion manufacturing environment.

• Production Supervisor (PG5034) Will be responsible for supervising 30 employees on 3rd shift or up to 60 employees on 1st and 2nd shift. Must have knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements. Will be responsible to meet production goals and for implementing and maintaining quality systems. 

• Hobbing Supervisor (JC5044) Will be responsible for supervising 15-30 hobbing operators and editing programs in a machining operation.

• 3rd Shift Team Lead (GC5046) Will be hands on with day-to-day CNC machining issues and will also do light programming. Will delegate production work to operators and assist with any questions or problems.

• Plating Supervisor (JC5048) Will be responsible for supervising 10-12 on 1st shift in a plating operation.

• Area Manager (TS5049) Will manage union hourly using Six Sigma and lean methodologies in either forging or machining areas.

• Operations Manager (TS5050)  Will lead daily plant operation using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Production Supervisor (TM5053) Will be responsible for one half of the first shift printing area while supervising non-union personnel. Will be responsible to run on-time for job shop printing business while reducing costs (scrap, lean out process, etc.).

• Business Unit Manager (JFXV5057) Will be responsible for managing 3rd shift operation.

• Production Supervisor (JC5058) Will be responsible for supervising employees in a coating facility.
