Process Engineer (MG4915) Will be responsible for troubleshooting process problems. Will diagnose and improve processes in an injection molding operation. Will document and train employees on improvements to the processes.
CNC Lead Man (JV4916) Will set-up and program CNC lathes and mills. Will also help to train and develop others in the cell.
Process Engineer (JC4947) Will be responsible for scrap reduction, process improvements, and developing an NDT program to customer specs.
Product Engineer (TM4999) Will design (using Solidworks and Autocad) forging and extrusion tools (dies) from customer specifications and then will troubleshoot any problems on shop floor.
CNC Programmer (PG5021) Will do tear down, set up, and programming on CNC machines.
Manufacturing Engineer-Machining (TM5042) Will be responsible for taking jobs from design into manufacturing. Will do process routings, any special jig and/or fixture design, and troubleshoot in process problems. Will also do capital equipment justification and new cell/automation installations.
Cost Estimator-Wire Harnesses (JC5045) Will be responsible to provide tech engineering support and cost estimates on new and existing business.
Process Engineer-Ceramics (JFXV5056) Will be responsible for improving processes working directly with Technical Director.
