All positions are in Cuyahoga and the five contiguous counties unless otherwise noted.

• Sr. Optical Engineer (JV4975) Will be responsible for design, development, and manage optical performance of illumination products. This person will work with the design team to ensure high performance at lower costs.

• Director of Research & Development (MG4980) Will work with manufacturing plants working primarily with dairy products. Will communicate with vendors, improve quality and processes.

• Lab Tech (JV4981) Will be responsible for conducting lab work, physical testing, analytical testing, and mixing batches. Will record the results, make observations, and report the results to the Senior Chemist.

• Physical Testing Engineer (GC5016) Will complete physical testing in a rubber and plastics testing lab. Will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of technicians. Will quote, direct work, do complex set ups, and equipment maintenance.

• Physical Testing Technician (GC5017) Will be responsible for completing physical testing in accordance with ASTM and/or other standard specs. Must be able to do basic test calculations, procedures, set ups, and understanding of tests.

• Sr. Research Chemical Engineer (MM5022) Will be responsible for R&D of new products, formulations, and scale ups. Must be familiar with coatings and adhesives. Will have customer interaction.

• Safety Manager EH & S (JFXV5029) Will be responsible to lead three facilities in all compliant training, OSHA training, ODOT physicals, forklift training, and flash training to help reduce incidents/accidents.
